Security Sciences Institute aims to educate teaching personnel to satisfy the need for the Security Sciences Faculty and Higher Vocational Schools and bring up expert personnel on security sciences.

Security Sciences Institute carries out the following duties/jobs and activities mainly, among others: Provides graduate level education, brings up teaching personnel to the Turkish National Police, does scientific research, makes publications, organizes scientific meetings, symposiums, conferences, seminars, trains the staff in expertise and management issues, holds certificate programs.
